Murder Mystery Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans sometimes change, and we want to be as fair as possible while honoring the time and effort it takes to prepare this immersive experience. Each guest is assigned a unique character in advance, which requires behind-the-scenes planning and coordination.

All refund requests initiated by the customer are subject to processing fees and will not be refunded in full.

Cancellation Timeline:

  • 14+ Days Before the Event:

    A 90% refund (minus 7.5% processing fees) will be issued.

  • 10–13 Days Before the Event:

    A 75% refund (minus 7.5% processing fees) may be issued if we are able to resell your ticket. If no replacement is found, no refund will be provided.

  • 0–9 Days Before the Event:

    A 50% refund (minus 7.5% processing fees) may be issued only if we are able to resell your ticket. If we are unable to find a replacement guest, no refund will be granted.

 If you’re unable to attend, you’re also welcome to transfer your ticket to another person. Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance so we can assign the character accordingly.


 

Force Majeure

In the unlikely event that the gathering is canceled or significantly disrupted due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. severe weather, power outages, natural disasters, public health concerns), we will make every effort to reschedule the event. If a new date cannot be set, we will offer full or partial refunds at our discretion, based on expenses already incurred and any services rendered.
